Silverhook SAE 20W-50 API SM/CI-4 is a multigrade engine oil used widely as a Service fill and Small pack top up lubricant for many applications, including naturally aspirated petrol and diesel engines in moderate to severe performance conditions. Its an ideal product for the general lubricants market offering increased oxidation stability and anti-wear performance relative to previous API Service Classifications, and would demonstrate Excellent Performance Characteristics against other competitive products.
Silverhook SAE 20W-50 API SM/CI-4 affords outstanding High Temperature Protection, reduced Oil Consumption, and reduced Cam-Wear levels specified in the API service fill recommendations for Gasoline and Diesel engines (up to 1989), which much of the performance level requirements are included in more recent classifications.
Silverhook SAE 20W-50 API SM/CI-4 would find use in the majority of passenger cars, vans, and light commercials.
